Returns are not free, we advise all customers to use a tracked service. We can not accept returns that are lost, if customers use a tracked service they are insured with the specific courier.

Returns will not be accepted if the item is worn, or showing signs of wear. All orders are intact with hangtags, that makes the item ineligible for a return if removed. Branded tags must also be intact. If you are returning a faulty item, we please ask that you notify us by email before returning so we can resolve the issue together.

Exchanges

UK customers ONLY - If you wish to exchange an item for a different size then please follow the same steps as outlined for returns above. Simply indicate on the packing slip that you wish to exchange your item, and we will process your exchange as soon as we receive your returned item. 

Please note that we shall process as quick as possible but we need to have your item returned to us for us to do so.

 RETURNS POLICY - Things to remember 

Your items must be returned in the original packaging with all tags attached and in an unworn condition. The returns note that was received from us must also be included within your return package. Please note that if the tags are removed from the item, we will not be able to refund or exchange.

Any items returned outside of our return policy without prior agreement will be returned to the sender at an additional cost.

While we always ensure all garments are assessed before being sent out, it is the customer's responsibility to check their order upon delivery and notify us within 48 hrs.
