- Please ensure there are no make up or fake tan marks on the garments.
How do I return?

- Enclose the completed returns form with your parcel.
Are there any charges for return?
- You are responsible for the return shipping charges
- Always obtain your proof of postage - We need this to track your return!
- You are liable for the package until it has been delivered to us so we recommend you sending the item tracked. The items need to be returned in a sellable condition if these get damaged in transit then you will need to take this up with your courier service.
- If you have sent your parcel untracked and your parcel goes missing, you will need to put in a claim with your courier to cover the loss.
We promise to refund or exchange any item that you are not completely satisfied with when you return it to us in a saleable condition by post within 14 days of your delivery date. Refunds will be credited via the original payment method. Please note that all items must be returned with tags in place and unworn as new. Your item(s) should be returns in its original packaging. Please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed from date of receipt to our head office. You will be notified via email as soon as your refund has been processed.
