We currently only offer Preorders for our High Demand Items. If you have decided to Preorder an item on our website, please note the following:

  • Payment is charged immediately at time of purchase. 
  • Preordering allows us to better manage large volumes, by securing your style of choice. However, if you do chose to cancel your preorder prior to dispatch, you are entitled to a full refund of those preordered styles. 
  • If you need to update or cancel the preorder, you can contact us via live chat or email us at contact@annelouiseboutique.com
  • You can order preorder items with items that are currently in stock. We will simply dispatch everything that is currently available, and send you your preordered stock as soon as it arrives. 
  • All preorders after dispatch must adhere to our regular returns policy, and the date of dispatch is considered the order date. 
  • All dates are approximate, and the product may arrive before or after it's due date. However, you will be emailed a dispatch notification once you order is on it's way from our distribution centre to your house. 
  • We will aim to update you ahead of time on any delays, as we plan to monitor updates on this must-loved product closely!

ALB - 14 Day Return Policy

At ALB, We strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible. We offer an easy return process and exchanges if your item is not suitable We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the item, subject to the following terms and conditions:


Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Items that are marked as "Sale" or "Non-Returnable" are not eligible for returns, exchange giftcard only.

 Process of the Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number and email address.
  • Select a reason for return.
  • Approval will be sent to us
  • Details of how to return will be sent to you via email (please check your spam folder)


Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please use a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of the item.


Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return.

If the return is approved, we will process your refund.

This process can take up to 14 Days.

 Refund Process

Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and for the credit to appear on your statement. The time taken for the credit to appear may vary depending on your financial institution.


ALB does not accept international exchanges. Returns are accepted for eligible items as outlined in this policy, but exchanges for international orders are not available. You shall need to re-order via our website.
