We always start a design thinking about our ALB Girl.

What does she need? Where will she be going? How is she going to feel? What will she accessorise with? Are we offering a solution to a problem?

Then we create an inspiration mood board and samples. This lets us get creative and work out what will make this dress, an ALB dress.

We will never bring out a design that is not to our standards. It often takes many samples and fit sessions to get the perfect combination of materials, shape, quality and fit, we never rush this process. 

Once the CAD and samples are signed off, production can begin and its time to to do a content photoshoot. 

At ALB, we are always conscious about our environmental impact, we are never trend led and always release smaller collections to avoid over production and waste. We work very closely with our suppliers to provide high quality materials as we want our pieces to be apart of our customers forever wardrobe. 

Photoshoots are such exciting days for the ALB Team. Our content day for The ALB Ruffle was around London and our store in Covent Garden - seeing people stop and say how beautiful the dresses is incredible! 

Designed to exude confidence and sophistication, The ALB Ruffle embodies those long awaited European sun soaked evenings. 

Originally we had this dress planned for 2025, however, we shared some sneak peaks on socials and you guys went crazy for this dress so we had to release it sooner! And we are so glad we did!

We would style The ALB Ruffle with chunky gold jewellery, a raffia clutch bag, strappy sandals for the day and heeled mules in the evening.
