UK Standard Delivery - £3.99 -Royal Mail - Tracked and Traced - 2-3 Working Days. Order by 2pm
Express Delivery - £5.99- Royal Mail - 24 Hour Tracked - 1-2 working days - Order by 2pm
We can also do a Saturday Delivery which is at the checkout using express delivery.
In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.
You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel.
ALB has no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
If might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before your order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
ALB will not be responsible for handling fees and/or customs charges in any event.

Customs, Duties and Local Taxation
Please note that if you live outside the European Union, you could be subject to customs clearing/duties, local taxation and additional processing charges which vary from country to country. Therefore we encourage you to contact your local customs office for more information. Please also note that customs clearance procedures can sometimes cause delays to your delivery.
If customs, taxes or delivery is refused, the amount charged by your local authority to Anne Louise Boutique will be deducted from your refund.
GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION FOR UK AND INTERNATIONAL
Please note orders are NOT processed on Saturdays, Sundays and UK Bank Holidays.
ALB cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you order does experience a delay by the courier and we will do our very best to help.
As soon as your order is dispatched, we will email you a shipping conformation which will allow you to track the status of your shipment online. Should there be any unforeseen delays with processing your order, you will be notified within 48 hours from when the order was placed.
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to email@example.com. Our hours are Monday–Friday, 9AM–5.30PM. We will try to accommodate your request, but once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified.

This website may contain typographical mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions, some of which may relate to pricing and availability, and product information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
Product images on our website are displayed as accurately as possible but colours may vary and we cannot guarantee your computer, phone or tablet will display colours accurately.
If we have emailed you regarding your order and have not had a response after 5 business days, we will treat the order as cancelled.

- For all UK deliveries we use Royal Mail trackable deliveries.
A signature will be required upon receipt. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, Royal Mail will leave a note with further instructions.
Please note we are not responsible for the parcel if the royal mail do not leave a card. It is up the customer to know they have a parcel coming and liaise with their local post office to receive this.
Please leave a note while making your payment if you would like us to leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place. We are quite flexible so please do let us know before 3pm of any change of addresses.
Please ensure all the details you provide are correct for shipping, email and mobile number details so you can be texted and emailed.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
Your tracking number will be sent to you once we have shipped your order. For orders outside the UK, delivery may take slightly longer due to international post. Pre- ordered items have to pass via customs this can occasionally cause slight delays with your orders being posted.Thank you!
How do I exchange an item?
If you’re not happy with your purchase please contact us as soon as possible we can send you details for your item to be returned, please note at this time we only offer exchanges on all purchases unless an item is faulty. Please note exchanges are only available for UK customers.
Where's My Order?
If you have purchased an international order, you can easily track your order via your shipping confirmation email, the number and link to sender are both available. ( please note if you haven't shopped with us before this may have gone into your junk mail!)
If you have purchased from the UK the items are sent Royal Mail signed for, please allow 3-4 working days for your order to arrive, if this time has passed you can use the tracking number provided to check if there has been an attempted delivery and your order may be at the local sorting office, if there is not update it means your order is still in transit.
We do not store credit card details.
