A signature will be required upon receipt. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, Royal Mail will leave a note with further instructions.
Please note we are not responsible for the parcel if the royal mail do not leave a card. It is up the customer to know they have a parcel coming and liaise with their local post office to receive this.
Please leave a note while making your payment if you would like us to leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place. We are quite flexible so please do let us know before 3pm of any change of addresses.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
Your tracking number will be sent to you once we have shipped your order. For orders outside the UK, delivery may take slightly longer due to international post. Pre- ordered items have to pass via customs this can occasionally cause slight delays with your orders being posted.Thank you!

We can only deliver to residential addresses via Royal Mail First Class. Delivery will be made within 5 - 7 working days.
DUTIES & TAXES
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, a delivery card will be left for you to arrange re-delivery/collection.
How do I exchange an item?
If you’re not happy with your purchase please contact us as soon as possible we can send you details for your item to be returned, please note at this time we only offer exchanges on all purchases unless an item is faulty. Please note exchanges are only available for UK customers.
Where's My Order?
If you have purchased an international order, you can easily track your order via your shipping confirmation email, the number and link to sender are both available. ( please note if you haven't shopped with us before this may have gone into your junk mail!)
If you have purchased from the UK the items are sent Royal Mail signed for, please allow 3-4 working days for your order to arrive, if this time has passed you can use the tracking number provided to check if there has been an attempted delivery and your order may be at the local sorting office, if there is not update it means your order is still in transit.
We do not store credit card details.
What is your returns policy?
We will only except returns within 14 days of purchase if your item is faulty in any way and has not been worn, if the garment has been worn it will be returned back to the customer. The item has to be returned on the 7th day of when you received the item. Otherwise, you will receive a credit note.
Also we will accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase. Sale items can not be exchanged or returned.
Please note, if the garment has been worn or the tags have been removed we cannot exchange or refund.
Please note we only offer the exchange one time only and do not cover the incoming delivery charges only the outgoing.
We do not accept exchanges on international orders.
If you receive an item that is faulty the customer care team need to be notified WITHIN 48 HOURS VIA EMAIL with your name and order number and photo of the fault. It is up to our discretion if you are eligble for a refund or store credit. Faulty items returned without email notification will ONLY be refunded in a form of store credit.
