UK Standard Delivery - £3.99 -Royal Mail - Tracked and Traced - 2-3 Working Days. Order by 2pm

Express Delivery - £5.99- Royal Mail - 24 Hour Tracked - 1-2 working days - Order by 2pm

We can also do a Saturday Delivery which is at the checkout using express delivery.

Customs, Duties and Local Taxation

UK and EU

We cover duties and taxes on all orders shipped to the UK and EU.

If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union and the above listed countries, you may have to pay import duty and local taxes. You should be able to find out an approximate figure from your local governments website. 

USA

​​We ship to the USA on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price.  

Please note that for certain US states, due to state law ALB  will calculate, collect and remit US sales tax in states where legally required and details of this will be shown at checkout.

Please note if ordering to the USA and if your order is more than $800 you may be required to complete a 5106 form directed by US customs in order for us to have your package released to you. This is a one time form, if you have already completed one you will not need to complete it again. 

 

GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION FOR UK AND INTERNATIONAL

Please note orders are NOT processed on Saturdays, Sundays and UK Bank Holidays.

ALB cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays. Please email contact@annelouiseboutique.com if you order does experience a delay by the courier and we will do our very best to help.

As soon as your order is dispatched, we will email you a shipping conformation which will allow you to track the status of your shipment online. Should there be any unforeseen delays with processing your order, you will be notified within 48 hours from when the order was placed.
 

CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to contact@annelouiseboutique.com. Our hours are Monday–Friday, 9AM–5.30PM. We will try to accommodate your request, but once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified.

Our goal is to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information on our website. Unfortunately, it is not possible to ensure that any website is completely free of human or technological errors. This website may contain typographical mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions, some of which may relate to pricing and availability, and product information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

Product images on our website are displayed as accurately as possible but colours may vary and we cannot guarantee your computer, phone or tablet will display colours accurately.

If we have emailed you regarding your order and have not had a response after 5 business days, we will treat the order as cancelled.

 

ALL DELIVERIES

- please note we do on Sundays and bank holidays

- For all UK deliveries we use Royal Mail trackable deliveries.

 A signature will be required upon receipt. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, Royal Mail will leave a note with further instructions.

Please note we are not responsible for the parcel if the royal mail do not leave a card. It is up the customer to know they have a parcel coming and liaise with their local post office to receive this.

Please leave a note while making your payment if you would like us to leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place. We are quite flexible so please do let us know before 3pm of any change of addresses.

Please ensure all the details you provide are correct for shipping, email and mobile number details so you can be texted and emailed. 

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day. 

Your tracking number will be sent to you once we have shipped your order.​ For orders outside the UK, delivery may take slightly longer due to international post. Pre- ordered items have to pass via customs this can occasionally cause slight delays with your orders being posted.​Thank you!​​

How do I exchange an item?

 

If you’re not happy with your purchase please contact us as soon as possible we can send you details for your item to be returned, please note at this time we only offer exchanges on all purchases unless an item is faulty. Please note exchanges are only available for UK customers.

 

Where's My Order?

If you have purchased an international order, you can easily track your order via your shipping confirmation email, the number and link to sender are both available. ( please note if you haven't shopped with us before this may have gone into your junk mail!)

​If you have purchased from the UK the items are sent Royal Mail signed for, please allow 3-4 working days for your order to arrive, if this time has passed you can use the tracking number provided to check if there has been an attempted delivery and your order may be at the local sorting office, if there is not update it means your order is still in transit.
